FAQ

Elbow Pain

Golfer’s elbow is an overuse injury that can be treated with rest, ice, and anti-inflammatory medications. Stretching and strengthening exercises may also be recommended to help improve flexibility and strength in the elbow joint. You may need to avoid activities that cause pain or discomfort and modify your technique to reduce the strain on your elbow. Physical therapy may be recommended to help you learn better technique and form. Surgery is rarely recommended for golfer’s elbow, but may be necessary if the injury is severe or does not respond to other treatments.
